    Very uncomfortable and the sound quality is lackluster with no ability to custome tune. The controls work ok, However, the volume control is laughable.

    Got ear infection from these. Tried another pair with the same results. I have NEVER had an ear infection before getting these!!! DO NOT BUY

    Poor Fit

    Purchased and tried rhe Falaxy Buds2 Pro, in both my wifes ears and mine with all 3 tip sizes. Buds were lose and failed the noise canceling / fit test in the Galaxy App each time. Returned.

    Do not get these earbuds from samsung or any of there current buds this generation, they are all very slippery and have no hooks to hold on to your ear, they will fall out by simply smiling to hard or laughing. They need to put the hooks back on next time. Don't waste your money, buy the Sony buds or Bose buds instead.

    Disconnect technology

    These buds will disconnect with any touch. Even if you rempve the touch option they will still disconnect. When they disconnect, audio will blast from your phone speakers if you have the volume up.

    Used headphones sold as new.

    Nothing to do with the headphones themselves but ordered store pickup through Samsung when I picked up headphones they were used with earwax and all included very bad business practice someone is gonna get an infection.

    Do yourself a favor and never buy these. Got them as a gift 4 months ago, already not charging and Samsung told me to go scratch. Warranty is supposed to be 1 year.

    Broken after a month, Samsung will not honor their warranty. Spend 2 hours on the phone with them and got disconnected. Done. They simply do not care after they get your money.

    I traded in my buds + for the Pro 2 and I regret it. These are bulky and awful! You can't exercise let alone walk or even just sit and chew without these things falling out.
