Sound quality is definitely a improvement over the last generation. It also has fetures that the previously was only on the buds but not the pros. I wish they allowed the find feature to work and make the chirpping noise if it falls in to a dark spot. It also lost the ability to use ambient sound and noise canceling mode with a single bud, granted all the pros started with out it then samsung patched it so it could so this might change eventually. The last slight con for me some people might like it for the aesthetic, but having that glossy section so i can feel where the button is, so I'm not just tapping all around trying to change the song. Over all I love them though

Amazing sound for such small Earbuds. Also, I am able to wear thwm for several hours without pain in my ears.

Other brands buds fall out of my ears but these fit very well and snug. Great sound and easy controls. I actually use them while bowling too. Battery life is great!

I personally think Samsung ear buds are the best. This is my 3rd pair. I love being able to listen with just one while other is charging if I want to. Nice long charge too. I am a Bose person but love my Samsung buds.

I bought the refurbished ones first because I had good experiences with refurbished electronics on Amazon and eBay. Don't bother with that. They showed up defective, and I had to swap them out at Best Buy for these. So I have them now, and the sound is okay, but the treble is harsh. All the convenient Samsung features are trivial at best and sometimes struggle to work. Pairing was more finicky than just doing it in the bluetooth settings. I have to give Samsung my life and identity to pair the buds. The eq settings suck. Just presets. The battery life is bad. There is no instrument separation. Everything is compressed together, and vocals get buried in the mix. The overall sound isn't the worst I've ever heard. If I didn't have good wired headphones and a hifi dap, I would probably think these were the best sounding buds ever. I don't expect them to be close to that, and if it wasn't for the painful trebble, I would be really happy with these. I can do so much with eq, but the trebble is hard to deal with. Anc works well enough for me. The touch controls are annoying, the fit was fine. If you're coming from cheap crappy earbuds you should be really happy.

Big step up from the Buds2 and the pro with a lot more bass and overall better dynamic range. Snug fit helps and the high water resistance rating is a big plus for activities.

Noise Canceling (Great If you're in a Noisy Place or You have Annoying Neighbors). Findability (Great for those who lose thing constantly). Very Comfortable (Once you Pair that correct ear Cushion size to the ear buds).

Much better than the 2s sounds better mic is much better 360 audio works great all the features through samsung wear work amazing you can even adjust the ambient sou d on each earbud i like these they're just a bit expensive but if you're a samsung user i highly recommend the touch controls are also great pretty responsive also they don't fall out when i talk like the buds 2 do so i recommend the pro version
