These earbuds are extremely comfortable. The active noise canceling is perfect for mowing your grass or being around other loud noises and still being able to listen to your music at a comfortable level without the outside noise disturbance. I also love how you can set it to mute your music and take in outside noise when you start talking to someone so you can have a seemless conversation and get right back to listening automatically without having to touch or do anything. We own 3 pairs in our household and would recommend them to anyone.

Comfortable fit and excellent active noise cancellation. I feel this is an excellent fit both work and workouts !! Call quality is also good. While I am happy using it , I would prefer a better battery life and better touch sensitivity

Got for husband. Chose these over the newer models because of longer battery life and the shape of the ear bud. The noise cancelling is amazing. I’ve worn them when I’ve felt overstimulated and was surprised at how well they drown out the background noise while still being able to hear general sounds. I don’t know how they do it. It also automatically turns sound back on if it detects that someone is talking to you or if you start talking. It also can work as a hearing aid in a pinch. Obviously listening to music and taking calls is great as well.

Very good sound quality, great ANC, great hearthrough, over-all high quality! Only gripe is the price, but if you get it on sale, it's absolutely worth it. It's a lot of money, but also a lot of quality. Note: Don't lose them before activating the "find earbuds" feature if you own a samsung. Cool feature and very useful, just hard to use.

This is a excelent gift. My wife really love it & she used it every time. She said it is so comfortable to her ear. Its like she's wearing nothing & the battery life works longer. The audio & the microphone are awesome.

These are a great buy especially if you want to pair them with Samsung products! They sound amazing and stay snug in the ear. Battery life is good and when you run out of juice the case charges them fast to have you using again in no time!

Amzing and not fall out of my ear. Ive had them for 2 years now and still work amazing. I dont get ear fatigue from using them either. I wear them 8 hours 5 days a week and i charger the case maybe once a week if that

I am impressed with quality of workmanship, comfort and fit in the ear and sound deadening. Most important for me is being able to make and receive calls in a high noise environment.

I love them, the sound was great and I take them everywhere, love that I was able to listen to music and still know if people were talking to me since volume will go down so I can listen to the people that was talking to me, also love that I was able to stop music and play music with just one tap, also just the way it hugged was ear was perfect, but I am so sad I lost one ear bud and was not able to find it, It does have a feature of ways to find it but it did not work for me, it did not give me exact place of were it was and I think earbud ran out of battery I am unable to make a sound, now im sad because I dnt use them anymore and I just purchased them :( and I dnt use them bc I used to use both at the same time now I only have left side.

Love these so much. Really good audio (better than the headset I use for games). Also fit super comfortably for me personally. The shape pretty much sits in your ears allowing for them to stay in without bein buried in your ears. The seemless connecting between my phone and watch is also pretty cool. Definitly would recommend, but if you can't afford them then the og pros are basically the same thing without the matte finish.

Great sound and noise cancelling, the tips are not as hard to replace as tutorials would have you believe, charging is quick and battery life is as described. Definitely getting another pair for my person...

I had to get two of these because I liked them so much. I almost always wear earbuds 24/7 nowadays. I used the Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds until the battery on them crapped out, as so many other users have experienced as well. I heard the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro were a more reliable earbud for a better price and after using them for a couple hundred hours, I'd say I agree. The Noise cancelling is a little bit less powerful than Sony's XM4s but it's not a major difference to where I'm missing my sony earbuds; it's still a good sufficient noise cancelling. The sound quality is actually BETTER than sony's. The bass is more vibrant and punchier while keeping the mids and highs well balanced. If you get these, buy the Comply brand earfoam tips (I found them on amazon). They will upgrade your earbuds from great to awesome.

Throughly, enjoying these buds. Nice snug fit and great battery life. Sounds quality is great for me. At the price I paid, would recommend to everyone.

The fit and function of these earphones is great. I love the noise canceling settings. And the conversation detection is great and customizable. The only downside to these is the lack of options for the touch controls. I don't like the touch controls personally and theres not way to change them.

I live the sound quality these buds f give. The bass is really clear and connection to galaxy phones are quick and easy. The only issue i have is that the silicone tips dont keep the buds in your ear. They would constantly drop out drop out my ear. I had to buy foam tips to replace the originals. Now these buds stay and dont slip out my ear.

Overall, I'm happy I purchased the Buds2 Pro. I'm a Samsung fan (phone, watch, TVs) but I had previously, the last 3 or 4 years, purchased a couple pairs of the cheaper brands that looped around my ears. Those brands didn't last long and I could always hear the surrounding noise whether I was at the gym or mowing the grass. I always wanted to try the bud style. I found a good deal on these at Best Buy, their Samsung, but I made sure I could return them if I had any issues of quality, falling out, etc. They said I could return, no problem. Are they perfect for me? No, but they are close. They do fit much better than I ever thought they would. I had one instance of the left one falling out but I knew it immediately and caught it before it hit the ground. A selling point is they are made to hold up to sweat or moisture and stay in your ears but that's probably the weakest selling point imo. These do a very good job of canceling out the surrounding noise so much better than I ever thought they would. The quality of sound is amazing. I am happy with the purchase, now I just hope they will last a little bit longer than the cheaper brands that way it would make me feel like it was a win win situation. I would recommend purchasing if you can get them on sale and Best Buy will also price match.
