I enjoy the sound stage of these ear buds. The bass actually hits and the mids arent drowned out. The ANC is really good, and the transparent mode maybe the best ive used. Having multiple Samsung devices, these buds seemlessly transition which ever one is playing audio. They are light and fit snug, working out with these is great. Id highly recommend

The sound is excellent, a step up from my previous Jabre buds, which were quite good. There is just greater clarity of sound, and I noticed it immediately. I have a Samsung phone and watch, and these buds integrate really well with both products (a Samsung trifecta). I like the Samsung Wearables app, and it works well with these buds. The tone control profiles are limited, but running flat, these buds just sound great. They also look good, I think. I do struggle a bit with the tap controls, but I think that will get better with practice. One final thought; I live in the US West, where it is dry. These buds fit very well in my ears. In a humid environment, perhaps they might not fit as snuggly. Also, the battery life is excellent. And I have had no trouble connecting these to my phone or watch. Bottom line - the sound in these is great, the controls generally work well, and these buds integrate very well with my Samsung phone and watch.

Great buds! I initially wasn't going to purchase these on account of owning some apple airpods, but Samsungs new phones don't pair with Apple products and I listen to a lot of my music with my phone. So I purchased these to try for the first time and wow, I was blown away. I literally did a side by side of Samsungs Galaxy Buds2 pro vs the latest Apple airpods and in my opinion, the sound is superior on these. I also compared the noise canceling ability and again, the Samsung buds won. I have made many calls with these and when I ask the callers if they can hear me, they say loud and clear so the phone capability works great. Last but not least, these buds fit securely in your ear and don't stick out over your cheek like the airpods(a design I never preferred) making them sleek and comfortable. They also come in white, purple and blue! I got a great deal with Best Buy and inadvertently found my new favorite ear buds, check these out if you get the chance, you won't be disappointed!

Great. These are my 3rd set of galaxy buds. The others are still in usage by my family members who i gave them to after i purchased the newer models. Comfortable and sound quality os Great.

This latest generation of earbuds has phenomenal sound quality, noise cancellation, adjustable features, and superb comfort. The battery life lasts upwards to 6 hours of continuous listening for movies and music playback, and they recharge quickly in its battery case. I highly recommend getting these if you're coming from the original Buds.

Very clear sound when talking on both ends of a call. When listening to music sound is awesome great bass and natural sounding music. Never had a problem with them trying to fall out while at the gym and it is easy to forget you have them in. Last but not less they look good to love the flat black and they don't stick out like previous models. 5 stars all around.

I bought these multiple times because i lost them so easily. Ive tried using the gps find my buds but it never told me the actual location and i felt like i was playing hot/cold and never found them. Otherwise they are very high quality and comfy fit for earbuds. I just didt like the tap touch controls because they would accidently get pressed every now and then.

Great and quick connectivity, equally good sound quailty. Battery life for the buds was unexpected in a good way. The case was also great. Really no negatives would highly recommend these over all the other headphones ive tried.

I bought these for my son, but I also have a pair. I love these earbuds. The highs and lows sound amazing. I am an amateur audiophile, but these are my favorite earbuds. I need more pairs so I can have them in my car, by my desk, at work, etc. The bass is bumpin'! If you get the little case that holds the earbuds, they have a carabiner so you can hang on your backpack or purse. Keep it up, Samsung - these sound better than my Sony WF-1000XM4!

Customer service! I was going to cancel my best buy membership after getting these replaced but the customer service was so awesome, I'll keep it one more year. The ear buds themselves are pretty good, decent bass but not amazing. Battery life is ok but I use them daily for hearing protection and phone calls, so it makes sense I have to charge them more frequently. My last pair lasted about a year before my right ear bud stopped playing music and people said they couldn't hear me well during phone calls. Overall I love these buds and will continue to replace them as long as they carry them.

Pretty legit. Comfortable, although I have to have two different size rubber pieces cause apparently I have different sized ears. But yeah, i mean, they stay in well and i like the black matte finish. They always connect right away to my phone or laptop.

They are amazing. Quality is really good. They connect really fast. The battery lasts along time i charge mine every other day. They are comfortable to wear and the cases for them are very nice quality. The headphones are nice and loud and clear when im inna call.

So comfortable and connected easily. Does not have a thumping bass but overall sound quality is great.

These are my first pair of earbuds. I did a lot of research and was torn between the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro and the latest Sony offering. I decided to go with Samsung because of special features when used with the Z Fold4 and Galaxy tablet. Sound quality is very good. I'm not an audiophile that demands the best sound but streaming movies sound great. Automatic Noise Cancelation (ANC) works surprisingly well. The only catch is the earbuds need to sit perfectly in your ears. If the seal isn't right, ANC doesn't work. The phone app tests the fit and seal but it is very finicky. When ANC works, it's amazing. One day I was outside and a neighbor was powerwashing his deck. ANC cut out the background noise really well. As far as fit, for some reason I struggle to get the earbuds to sit with the perfect seal for ANC. I have tried the medium earpieces and now using the small ones. But most times I'm already in a quiet room when streaming videos and don't need ANC ... it does drain the battery a bit faster. Phone usability is excellent. People don't know I'm talking through the earbuds.

I bought these refurbished for my aunt as a birthday present. And she loves them, they fit. Well, they sound great, and they're way better than what she's had before.

Love these headphones. The quality of the sound is amazing and the bass is nice. The active noise canceling works really well. The battery last very long, ive gotten it to last me 13 hours. Charges quick aswell.

These are the best galaxy buds out there. Sound quality is great. The ANC is great. All around these buds2 pro are great. When I am at work and I put the buds to hear through and I can listen to my music and still hear the intercom and everything. Great headphones totally recommend!

A bit pricey, but ultimately worth every penny. I use these daily and they are very comfortable with good sound quality.

Samsung you did it great! I have had two previous versions of buds and they just get better and better. These are fantastic. Great sound, bass and the ambient and noise cancelling options are a huge plus. They fit and stay, which is huge when running.

Really impressed with fit, finish, and sound quality of these earbuds. Used them while running and they are comfortable and dont feel close to wanting to come out. Works seamlessly with my samsung phone and only concern would be long hikes with battery life.
