I've used them for years and wanted to try something new and less visible. My Plantronics battery lasted longer and it didn't fall out of my ear as much as these.

They also dropped connectivity often when connected to other devices without any Bluetooth interference.

If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. We both love them, and are simply effortless to connect to Samsung S22 Plus. Just pulled them out of box and instant connection. Also love that the case can charge wireless.

Could be operator error/assumption. Also, could be the shape of my ears but I find these hard to keep in without sometimes falling out. Still use them as much as I can for what they cost.
