I've replaced them once, hoping that would fix the issue but it did not. They're still great for other purposes, but I bought them hoping the improved model would not fall out of my ears when running. Also their features are pretty good and easy to use. But a rating of 2 for connectivity. Other ear buds (Bose, Jaybird) don't have this problem.

Worked grear from August 2024 of last until the first week of July 2025, then the right one decided to not work right. It sounds hollow and has zero noise canceling. The left works just fine. Very disappointed.

And it took some trial and error getting them set up. Now that I've use them I love the clarity and ease of using them.

No matter the fit after a few hours the buds are painful, something the Buds Live fixed at the expense of sound. The price I feel is rather high. Other than those three issues they a really good.

Bought them to use with my TV and, when they work, they're pretty good. But the seamless switching between devices is a joke and, on several occasions, I've put them in only to find that I had no usable volume. Some time later, they usually start working okay for no apparent reason. Can't get them to connect to their dedicated app, and Google gave me a laundry list of things I need to try to get them to work. That's too much work to have to do every few weeks, so I guess I'll just have to cut my losses and buy a different brand to replace them.

Samsung offers a 12-month warranty on your product for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Galaxy Buds have a quick Bluetooth connection switching feature that allows you to easily connect additional Samsung devices. While using this feature, you can easily switch your Bluetooth connection between multiple devices that have signed into the same Samsung account because the pairing information of the earbuds will be synced to other devices that are using the same Samsung account. No need to pair each device individually. If the earbuds do not connect to your device, the connection pop-up window does not appear, or your device can't find the earbuds, tap and hold both of the touchpads of the earbuds' while wearing them to enter manual Bluetooth pairing mode. Once you have entered the Bluetooth pairing mode, you will hear a sound. Please take note that you will not be able to use this method if you are playing music and you have set the volume adjustment as a preset tap-and-hold feature. If you have multiple Bluetooth audio devices connected to your mobile device, you can use the Media or Devices panel on Android 10 or higher phones to switch connections between the different devices. Sounds great, but not comfortable.

I have tried the different fittings but it has something to do with the shape of the earbud. If I do manage to wear the right one for more than an hour, it actually hurts the inner cartilage of my ear when I remove it. I have found wearing it upside down works, but it’s prone to falling out. Most of the time I just wear the left one, which is no problem at all. It’s just me. Again, the sound quality is great but I preferred my original Galaxy Earbuds and really wish I hadn’t lost them.

I liked them but returned first pair no large ear buds in box got second pair and checked them no large ear buds in box so just got a refund. I am sure large ear buds would have been perfect
