I wanted to love them because I am all about Samsung(my watch, phone, tv, washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher) But these ear buds will not stay in my ears. It is now just a lil purple trinket sitting on my desk.

However, I’ve faced major issues connecting it to both my desktop and my phone. With multipoint it’s unusable, and even with it turned off, it only works if Bluetooth is turned off on one of the devices or you unpair it completely.
