My only qualm is with the metal sensors on the buds that allow it to charge in the case. The senors sit right on the inside of my ear and tend to hurt after 45 minutes to an hour of wearing them

Bought them to use with my TV and, when they work, they're pretty good. But the seamless switching between devices is a joke and, on several occasions, I've put them in only to find that I had no usable volume. Some time later, they usually start working okay for no apparent reason. Can't get them to connect to their dedicated app, and Google gave me a laundry list of things I need to try to get them to work. That's too much work to have to do every few weeks, so I guess I'll just have to cut my losses and buy a different brand to replace them.

We appreciate your candor as we strive to make improvements on the functionality and performance of our product line. Samsung offers a 12-month warranty on your product for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Galaxy Buds have a quick Bluetooth connection switching feature that allows you to easily connect additional Samsung devices. While using this feature, you can easily switch your Bluetooth connection between multiple devices that have signed into the same Samsung account because the pairing information of the earbuds will be synced to other devices that are using the same Samsung account. No need to pair each device individually. If the earbuds do not connect to your device, the connection pop-up window does not appear, or your device can't find the earbuds, tap and hold both of the touchpads of the earbuds' while wearing them to enter manual Bluetooth pairing mode. Once you have entered the Bluetooth pairing mode, you will hear a sound. Please take note that you will not be able to use this method if you are playing music and you have set the volume adjustment as a preset tap-and-hold feature. If you have multiple Bluetooth audio devices connected to your mobile device, you can use the Media or Devices panel on Android 10 or higher phones to switch connections between the different devices. Worked grear from August 2024 of last until the first week of July 2025, then the right one decided to not work right. It sounds hollow and has zero noise canceling. The left works just fine. Very disappointed.

Really enjoy wearing them out while doing shopping or just kicked back in chair relaxing. Just wished battery lasted a little longer. But fortunately they do not take long to charge back up.

In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Apple users caution

Only issue is I bought them as an alternative for the AirPods Pro’s and unfortunately you can customize any of the settings on an apple device. Apparently there are a lot of options for android users so if you have an android I’d highly recommend

The microphone will reverberate the conversation from my customers into the headphones. Fantastic

These are worth the money. The clarity when your talking to someone. They say they cannot tell that i am using ear buds like the previous ones. These also let you adjust the levels to some presets. I wish this setting would allow a custom setting but at least it can be adjusted. BTW I bought mine before Thanksgiving week because they were on sale, They went on sale for even more during black Friday and Cyber Monday and then they kept a sale after that and I simply went in and notified Best Buy and they gave me the money back on what I didn't save during the sale.
