And it took some trial and error getting them set up. Now that I've use them I love the clarity and ease of using them.

Could be operator error/assumption. Also, could be the shape of my ears but I find these hard to keep in without sometimes falling out. Still use them as much as I can for what they cost.

not a lot of features regarding the EQ

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The earbuds work fine and it wasn't no problem with them it's just wish they had a little bit more freedom on the EQ side of things and also wish the ambient noise filter was a little bit better. Also the noise canceling wasn't all that great compared to Sony or Bose.

Price is high id recommend getting them on sale.

Pretty Good, a Few Things Holding it Back

No matter the fit after a few hours the buds are painful, something the Buds Live fixed at the expense of sound. The price I feel is rather high. Other than those three issues they a really good.

Noise Canceling only muffles the sound little. They fit small ears only. I was bent over a bench curling 25lbs and the left one fell out. Later the other one fell out as well. The sound quality was that of a cheap TV soundbar. I will be returning these and use overhear headphones for my workouts from now on.

Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most unforgettable experiences while using our products. The left and right Buds2 Pros can be assigned different shortcuts. Here's how: 1. From Galaxy Wearable, tap Touch controls > Touch and hold., 2. Tap an option to set the touch controls for each earbud: * Switch noise controls (default): Activate the noise canceling or ambient sound features. * Voice command: Say commands to change settings on your earbuds. * Volume up or Volume down: The right earbud is volume up, and the left is volume down. Once one has been set, the other will automatically update to the volume control option. You are correct, ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) can quiet unwanted background noise and ambient sounds. In regard to fit, ensure the earbud tips are attached to your Buds2 Pro before wearing. Then insert the earbuds following the direction of your ear canal for comfort and optimal sound. Sounds great, but not comfortable.

I have tried the different fittings but it has something to do with the shape of the earbud. If I do manage to wear the right one for more than an hour, it actually hurts the inner cartilage of my ear when I remove it. I have found wearing it upside down works, but it’s prone to falling out. Most of the time I just wear the left one, which is no problem at all. It’s just me. Again, the sound quality is great but I preferred my original Galaxy Earbuds and really wish I hadn’t lost them.
