Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. We understand that you are happy with everything with these Buds except the fit. The Buds should come with an extra bud tip that should be a different size. We recommend trying out the other tip and see if those are more comfortable. Follow these steps on how to properly wear your Buds2. Before wearing, ensure the earbud tips are attached. Insert the earbuds following the direction of your ear canal for comfort and optimal sound. Adjust by rotating if needed and consider different sizes for the best seal.
