Recently upgraded from $60 Skullcandies, and I am happy with the decision. The touch controls, while they do take some getting used to as far as accidental touching goes, are a welcome change over physical push buttons, especially for long-press operation. There smaller size means I have yet to accidentally knock them out. Perhaps the biggest positive change is confident charging. The case seems to be designed so that once the lid is closed, they are locked in place and remain charging, even when swinging from my belt loop, intermittently charging all day at work. The ANC also works quite well, and the ability to automatically activate sound pass-through when you start talking, or to manually switch with a quick simultaneous tap to both buds, is a nice surprise I wasn't aware of pre-purchase. Overall extremely happy with these buds.

Excelente. I use them everyday and the battery last mi 10 hr shift. Sound quality is the best overall. Very comfortable and never fall out of my ears. I recommend them too everyone.

I love them noise canceling fit just right and quite loud always been a samsung user so I absolutely love it! And battery life is AMAZING!

These are my first earbuds ever, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I am very satisfied. I had avoided earbuds and most in-ear headphones due to fit and ear itching issues, which really differ from person to person. These fit very well in my ears and I have been able to wear them for at least an hour with no issues so far. Sound quality is good and the noise cancellation work better than expected. The customization of the touch controls work well. So far no complaints.

Customer service! I was going to cancel my best buy membership after getting these replaced but the customer service was so awesome, I'll keep it one more year. The ear buds themselves are pretty good, decent bass but not amazing. Battery life is ok but I use them daily for hearing protection and phone calls, so it makes sense I have to charge them more frequently. My last pair lasted about a year before my right ear bud stopped playing music and people said they couldn't hear me well during phone calls. Overall I love these buds and will continue to replace them as long as they carry them.

Got this on Black Friday refurbished for about $65, came with everything other than missing one of the ear tips. The device was clean and works great sound quality is fantastic. The fit is a lot better than i thought it would be. I've always had trouble with in ear devices but this fits pretty perfectly. I still plan on buying a third party ear tips to fit better.

I bought these refurbished for my aunt as a birthday present. And she loves them, they fit. Well, they sound great, and they're way better than what she's had before.

They fit perfectly and sound fantastic - the noise canceling works great. I don't much care for the fact that the price dropped by $30 a week after I bought mine, but aside from that, I love them.

For 89$ Quality and comfortability are Better then the Air pods Pro . which I owned each generation starting from the first air pods . I can see why Apple to tries to make it as Unfriendly to use them on a an iPhone like having to downloaded a whole app to connect them Via Bluetooth..

Excellent Sound Great Quality with easy sync and easy long life charging

They are earbuds so sound is never perfect, but pretty good. Cost a bit but battery life and the waterpoofing make it worth it. Good fit.

These buds are comfortable and easy to use. The battery lasts a long time and the charging and storage case is great too. The sound quality is good for ear buds and better than others I've tried.

Purchased these for my daughter. They stay in her ears, a big plus. Ear buds connect easily and good audio. Can hear her well when she is using them. No comment on durability as she has only had them since Christmas

[Employee of bestbuy] I have the Google Pixel 7 and they work great, I really haven't had issues. The only feature that doesn't seem available unless u have a Samsung is the 360 Audio. Not a big deal for me though. Voice Detect could be better, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I'd say 80% of the time it works. Eitherway it's still a very convenient feature that I use often. The Noise Cancellation is around 90% as well. Used them on a 10hr plane ride and it did block out the loud jets but you can still kinda faintly hear it. Stays in the ear relatively well since I have small ears. And for extended periods of use they are comfortable enough. After a while you will need a break. All in all good earbuds. Also if you have long hair and it brushes against the earbuds it will make a crackling noise so be aware.

These are great. Noise cancelling and ambient sound are the best features. Music has bass too. Love them. They fit better than Pro 1 buds i own.

Have been using these for a while now. Great sound and noise cancellation. Nice fit and doesn't hurt my ears after long use. Easy to setup and the widget on my phone with these are handy. Feels like its a quality product.

They're good little earbuds. The call quality is the most important part to me and that is the best I've found. Sound quality for music and podcasts and such is really good. The reason for the 4 stars is that they are not quite as comfortable as others I've tried which include the Bose QuietComfort buds (most comfortable and probably the best sound I've had but the call quality needs a lot of help) and the Skull Candy Rail ANC's (call quality is great, comfort is good but sound for music is not as good). I usually turn off the ANC on most buds since I use one of them while I'm driving for work. These are also a bit more unobtrusive than the Rails. Overall a good bud, just hope they last longer than the 6-8 months I got out of other earbuds I've tried.
