Ambient enhancement is OK, but not as useful as I had hoped. Auto switching from computer to phone delayed severely

Excellent sound quality and noise cancelling. The touch controls can be a little sensitive, but you can change them to your preferences. The only complaint I have is that they dont sit very well in my ears regardless of tip size, so I have to push the right one back in every couple minutes when working out. I wish they had wings so they'd use more of my ear to stay in place as opposed to just my ear canal.

The buds sound good in your ear, however, they have not perfected the fit in the ear just quite yet. That is why they dont get a five star rating.
