We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Take a moment to review, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" or more great information on how to get that perfect fit for your Galaxy Buds2 Pro. I had the first set of galaxy buds that came out and it was difficult keeping them in, but Samsung definitely improved with these. They do not fall out as easy as before and the sound quality is very good along with all the features it comes with! The noise cancelling mode and the ambient mode work astonishingly. Overall, I'd say for me this purchase was worth it.
