Bought them to use with my TV and, when they work, they're pretty good. But the seamless switching between devices is a joke and, on several occasions, I've put them in only to find that I had no usable volume. Some time later, they usually start working okay for no apparent reason. Can't get them to connect to their dedicated app, and Google gave me a laundry list of things I need to try to get them to work. That's too much work to have to do every few weeks, so I guess I'll just have to cut my losses and buy a different brand to replace them.

We appreciate your candor as we strive to make improvements on the functionality and performance of our product line. Samsung offers a 12-month warranty on your product for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Galaxy Buds have a quick Bluetooth connection switching feature that allows you to easily connect additional Samsung devices. While using this feature, you can easily switch your Bluetooth connection between multiple devices that have signed into the same Samsung account because the pairing information of the earbuds will be synced to other devices that are using the same Samsung account. No need to pair each device individually. If the earbuds do not connect to your device, the connection pop-up window does not appear, or your device can't find the earbuds, tap and hold both of the touchpads of the earbuds' while wearing them to enter manual Bluetooth pairing mode. Once you have entered the Bluetooth pairing mode, you will hear a sound. Please take note that you will not be able to use this method if you are playing music and you have set the volume adjustment as a preset tap-and-hold feature. If you have multiple Bluetooth audio devices connected to your mobile device, you can use the Media or Devices panel on Android 10 or higher phones to switch connections between the different devices. Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro

Sometimes the sound would fade out if I turn my head a certain way while watching television. These earbuds didn't feel comfortable in my ears and they tend to get loose in my ear after a certain period of time. I prefer my new Sony Headphones canceling noise over the Samsung Buds2 pro.

Its great that my phone can tell me where my buds are located. Would definitely buy again. My original buds that were 6 years old still work like new, i just wanted to upgrade

I had the previous version and they always slipped out of my ears. When I'd feel them falling out, I'd carefully press them back in and that would pause them almost every time. They were super touchy - these do not have this issue at all! They fit very well, stay in place and the sound is great!
