    Shorty a month after the purchase the sound volume levels steadily dropped now I can hear everything clearly but thats it not a hint of loudness. Also videos pause randomly on me. I ensured touch and voice commands as well as detection is disabled. If you dont mind a wire $8 earbuds are much better for who likes to listen to music loud. I would say a positive I've never lost coonect to the buds.

    Will not stay in my ear longer than 20 minutes. The bulbous bit makes it slide directly out of my ear with minimal use and theres absolutely nothing to anchor it like wingflaps. I got them to replace my buds+ because those are no longer available but they are genuinely an awful experience. The features are good, syncs up well and can do cool things with surround sound and whatnot but all of that is rendered moot by their god awful shape and physical design. Massive step backwards in design in my opinion.

    I am a die-hard Samsung user I've had nothing but Android products. I bought my first pair of these in July 2024 the left earbud went out Feb 2025, just figured I got a bad pair and I didn't get the warranty so bought another pair in March 2025 and the same thing happened July 2025, the left one went out. Very upset. Never again.

    My first pair of these was great! My second pair however irritated my ears terribly. I thought it was unrelated for months because I had no issues with my first pair but after some research I find out it's a common issue for this model. The sound quality is the best among the competition in my opinion and I was impressed by the size (way smaller than most competitors), controls were solid, ANC was pretty good, app was well-featured and connectivity was good too! A little heartbroken about the irritation but didn't want to roll the dice by replacing them so I just returned them.

    The Earbuds does not seat on my ears. I can't do a simple walk or move if i have it on. What is the problem Samsung i prefer buds pro. I can't talk or shew anything while the bud is on my ears. Ridiculously frustrating

The Galaxy Buds Pro offer AI assistance directly in your ear, intelligent active noise cancellation enhanced 360 audio, and a secure, comfortable fit. Additionally, you can use the interpreter feature on your compatible Galaxy phone to receive crystal-clear translations through your Galaxy Buds, whether you are interacting in person or over the phone. If your earbuds are not fitting properly, it's helpful to complete an earbud fit test using the Galaxy Wearable app, which ensures they fit correctly. To do this, open the app on the phone your earbuds are connected to, tap on "Earbuds settings," then select "Earbud fit test" and tap "Start." Insert both earbuds into your ears and tap "Next." If prompted, you can tap "Try again" to rerun the test. The earbuds will chime for a few seconds, and the app will display your fit results as either "Poor fit" or "Good fit." Continue to run the fit test and make adjustments as needed until you achieve a comfortable fit. We hope that this helps.     Excellent buds that do a lot in a small package

    The galaxy buds 2 pro pack a lot of punch into a small package. As seen in the pics, the case is quite small and quite slim. The matte rubbery finish gives good grip and looks good as well. You can charge with USB-C or wirelessly. Since I have a galaxy S20 FE, I can use the phone to wirelessly top up the case. They are very quick to charge, even wirelessly and last quite a while. I have them in almost all day during work and every few days I give them a quick top up if I'm near my various wireless pads around the house or if I have a cable nearby Set up is easy, as soon as I opened the lid, my phone and laptop both picked them up and wanted me to confirm pairing. When they connect you get a popup showing the charge left in the case and the buds. Very handy to give a heads up when it's time to top up Audio quality is great. Calls come in very clear and the other side hears me really well. They can't tell I was using them vs my headset. Controls are easy to use. Single tap for pause/play, double for skip, triple for previous. I tend to often use only one bud at a time so I can pay attention to others working of needed, and what is great about these is that the commands are the same on both sides. Other sets usually have different controls on either side (ie left is previous/vol down, right is next/vol up) which is annoying when using 1 bud. You can volume control as well, but you have to go into the wearable app and go to lab. In there you'll find the volume enable. Don't like how buried it was. Part of the reason I only keep one bud in, is company policy at work, especially when walking around. Though when I'm sitting I like to put both in because the ANC is fantastic. Blocks out pretty much everything. Ambient is good too, I can hear what's around me clearly, incase I need to be paying attention Fitment is ok. It keeps slipping out of my left ear. I imagine it is something is wrong with my one ear, it may be too shallow where the bud sits. Given how low profile these are, it doesn't sit as well as other styles/brands. However it's only a real issue when I'm doing something active. For those times I'll use a cheaper set that sits better but I don't mind getting knocked around. I'll daily drive these when I'm sitting around.
