Headphones don't always connect to calls. Theres no regular updates. Some times the caller can't hear. Music is great but calls the mosst Important part isn't.

They dont seem loud at first however once you learn how to turn up the volume on the buds themselves they are spectacular.

They are also extremely comfortable and dont cause my ears to ache! Great for listening to Audiobooks all day long!

The soft comfortable fit is great and sound quality awesome. It was easy to connect to all my devices too with no problem. I had the buds2 and these are definitely an upgrade. The plus factor for me was its my favorite color too lol

Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they aren't fitting right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. The sound quality is okay, but the main benefit is that they work perfectly with other samsung devices.
