If your Galaxy Buds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. Please take a moment to review, "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your Buds2 Pro. You may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. You'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. They will not stay in the ear and will just losen overtime until they fall if you dont keep adjusting them back, which brings to a scenario that everytime you touch them to adjust them back in the ear, they will start playing music or whatever the last action you performed on your phone. The sensonrs are just in the wrong spot for these. 2 Stars because they DO have long range connectivity, specially across walls etc

Ear buds connect easily and good audio. Can hear her well when she is using them. No comment on durability as she has only had them since Christmas

Although theyre not as feature packed as the other brands, the synergy and simplicity is literally all you need. They just work (if you have a Samsung decice others will still work but not be as seemless). Faster than light instant pairing as soon as you open the case. The comfort of these buds are second to none; the Sony linkbuds s are literally equal in comfort so you can say 1a and 1b. If you have a Galaxy or Samsung device, its a no brainer.

The seamless connection between my phone and tablet is a plus
