Compared to my previous earbuds (Sony WF C700N)...well, there's no comparison. They beat my old Sony's in every way. The sound and features are great, fit and comfort are good, and battery life is good enough for me. While I can understand the battery life might not suit some people, I don't wear mine 24/7 like some people do. The noise cancelling was far better than my old Sony's. Works seemlessly with my Samsung phone. All in all it was well worth the price.

I've been a samsung user for years ever since my Galaxy S6 smart phone and have never went to another phone model. These earbuds are really good. From the noise cancelation feature to just like airpods, the ambient noise. Great battery life when in use and also grear stored battery life when not using them for q long period of time. I only use these earbuds for working out or when I'm at work on lunch. If you are a samsung user then get these when you can. Also very comfortable to wear.

I got these for my boyfriend who works from home. He had tired various other brands and these are by far his favorite! Comfort = 10 Stylish = 10 He really enjoys that within the app you can change from ambient or noise cancelling. They pair really seamlessly with his Samsung phone. His only complaint it that they do not allow for you to be very far from the device you are listening on. Can't make it across our apartment without the noise "crackling".

Bought these for my wife because she wanted them. Researched sound quality and the reviews were good so figured why not? Once we got them and installed through the app found that there are many other features beyond just sound. They have a find my device locator, an alarm to help find them if lost, many accessibility features and sound settings, case and headset battery life percentage, firmware updates, just overall better than my already high expectations. They fit very well and have another size for the ear cover. They sense when they are both in your ears and have noise cancelation. Great headset, and I no longer feel bad about paying so much for a pair of ear buds.

These are the best earbuds I've had. From the first gen to even the 3s. These fit and sound the best. They're even so comfortable that I forget they're in and I can't hear when people talk to me.

Just upgraded to Samsung Pro 2, from JLab Pro Sports. After researching new earbuds, I decided on these. I'm glad I did. They paired in seconds with my S22+. Their sound is as advertised. My main concern was how they would stay in my ear, as my JLab earbuds fit over my ears. I work in construction and have had no issues with them falling out. I do not use noise cancelling or ambient sound, so i get 6 to 7 hours of use out of them. I will purchase Samsung again when these run their course.

Great pair of Earbuds! Immaculate sound, and decent battery life, and they are comfortable in your ear for extended times. I have at times forgotten they were in my ear, and snug enough to not fall out.

The buds ate easy to connect, update. Very sturdy doesnt fall put of the ear. Clear voice on both the ends. Enjoy the music like never. A great buy

So I went into this thinking that this earphone wasn't going to live up to my expectations. I've had a lot of earphones from much higher priced earphones like the Sonys, Sennheiser and Master and dynamic and others. And while I wouldn't say that these are better, i wouldn't say I'm missing anything when listening to these that i notice. The Sound is very very pleasing. Very crispy treble and deep bass. Separation is very nice as well. The AnC isnt the very best ...it does still have decent AnC. I would say that samsung needs multiple pairing options and a little better control over the custom taps for forward and rewind commands. Then they could compete with anyone. I also think the price is too high. It should be under $200

I have really enjoyed this earbuds. The sound quality is great, and they fit very comfortably in my ears. I really love how fast they charge. I use them everyday for probably around 8 hours, about 2 full charges. However, after 10 months, they are starting to make high pitched noises in the left bud whenever I touch it while it's in my ear. I use them a lot, but I'd hoped they'd last a little longer than 10 months with no issues.

You would never imagine such great sound can come from such small speakers. This things are cristal clear and bass is adequate. Not uncomfortable on full blast. The Active Noise Canceling works great. They are very comfortable to wear. I don't like earbuds but this are changing my mind for sure. Preorder even came with a free Samsung wireless charger to sweeten the deal. I Recommend this earbuds even to people that don't like earbuds, you really forget you are wearing them. Awesome! Thumbs up Samsung!

Pretty impressed with these earbuds - they connect seamlessly to many different devices and the battery life is great. ANC is a bit weak - and pales in comparison to my experience with Airpods, but the fit feels great and the bass levels are outstanding. One drawback I had was the inability to use the touch controls to control both the volume and to activate your voice assistant. It does not have the "swipe" options like the Pixel Buds have - so if you have your options set to control the volume, you have to have active voice recognition active to address the voice assistant - which is defaulted to Samsung's Bixby, but can be changed to Google Assistant if desired. Overall, great buds and probably my favorite of the Samsung Galaxy Buds lineup so far.

Best earbuds I've ever had. Touch is sensitive so I'm not pounding it in my ear. Noise cancelling is really good, you won't hear anything. I got really far with my earbuds before they started to cut out so distance is very good and battery life is fantastic.

The pro versions of the ear buds are significantly better quality than the normal, a soft matte textured case, the inside is as matches and the earbuds are pleasant to touch with a good grip to them. The sound quality is consistently better, the non pro's are fine, the ANC is definitely smoother. Battery life is a decent amount of time as well. Highly Recommend.

Amazing battery life and super comfortable in my ears. The sound quality is better than my on ear beats to be honest! Also able to listen to audio books without that weird breathing echo other earbuds give.

Audio quality is above average, but I've heard other premium brands with better quality and higher volume, noise cancelling is good in "normal" environments, cafe's, normal chatting, and moderate background music; ambient sound creates a withe noise when there is low or no noise/sounds. Had them for a month and battery life from the case and earbuds has been as advertised. I've used them with low pace runs and they've stayed in place. Haven't had connection problems with both Samsung tab s6 o pixel phone.
