We'll give you the inside scoop on battery charging tips, steps to take to get the most out of your battery, and how to prevent damage to your earbuds. While all of Samsung's earbuds are built to last the entire day, the buds' battery life and charging times may differ depending on the model you have and how you use them. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro give you up to 8 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. Be sure to review the Samsung article I have linked below titled, "All about your Samsung earbuds' battery life" for more helpful tips and tricks. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Hello there Upgrade, thank you for finding the available time out of your lively day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro. We value your feedback as it allows us the opportunity to improve the functionality and design of our products as we strive to be innovative. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most unforgettable experiences while using our products. The left and right Buds2 Pros can be assigned different shortcuts. Here's how: 1. From Galaxy Wearable, tap Touch controls > Touch and hold., 2. Tap an option to set the touch controls for each earbud: * Switch noise controls (default): Activate the noise canceling or ambient sound features. * Voice command: Say commands to change settings on your earbuds. * Volume up or Volume down: The right earbud is volume up, and the left is volume down. Once one has been set, the other will automatically update to the volume control option. You are correct, ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) can quiet unwanted background noise and ambient sounds. In regard to fit, ensure the earbud tips are attached to your Buds2 Pro before wearing. Then insert the earbuds following the direction of your ear canal for comfort and optimal sound.
