I have not had a problem with people hearing me. I work in construction so i use them often. I bought this for my fiancee and we can hear each other on our calls. Down side is i wish the battery life was longer. It last about 4 hours continuous music time and i trade out ears.

They constantly fall out no matter what ear bud size you use. Also, the right piece stopped working after 4 uses. It no longer charged or synced. I tried it with other earbud charging ports and it still never charged or synced.

It has been countless of times I used it and people can't hear me or I sound muffled like I'm under water. This is the 2nd pair of Samsung Buds Pro that I have purchased with the same issue
