This is a purchase I Did Not enjoy. Especially when it comes down to price-tag and value. Save your money and buy something Cheaper, or upgrade to Sony WF1000XM5 series. The Good: Sound quality is good, not the best I experienced. Connectivity is good. It's durable. The Bad: It has trouble staying in my ears - even when I swap ear size pieces (plastic). If you push earbud in too hard, it creates a vacuum which hurts the inside of your ear. About 11months of usage, One earbud mic is interfering with the other earbud, creating a LOUD Ring when in proximity. Other Note: BestBuy does not service Samsung warranty too. Unless you have BestBuy protection plan.

Great sound quality, comfortable fit, and convenient to use with touch controls. Battery lasts 5 or 6+ hours and charges quickly in the case. I got them on sale and I would recommend this product if it's your first time considering wireless buds.

The sound quality is good and the earbuds are very comfortable. The issues I had with these earbuds would be that they tend to fall out of the ears easily, randomly disconnect 1 side, and have unreliable touch controls (not easy to use consistently due to the lack of tactile buttons).

They sound amazing music-wise and they hold a good charge. I like the comfort of them and the way they work with my phone. The only complaint I have is the microphone is only good if you're in a office setting or a quiet area. They don't do the best in a noisy environment or windy environments. So they will work and get the job done but it's more of the integration with Android and the sound quality that makes them worth it.

I love my headphones. I use them all the time. There is some things, I guess could be better. I don't like how easily sometimes they can fall out of the ear not commonly though. As well as the touchy. I am being picky though realistically they are the best bt headphones ive owned. I also love the seamless connections with samsung devices. I also like the battery life and sound for there size. If you can get them on sale, and own a samsung phone/device I would definitely grab a pair.

These buds are still my daily go to and I have no plans to replace them anytime soon. The sound quality is phenomenal and they are durable. They have an active noise cancellation mode as well as , passive, and speaking mode where you can have clean audio pass through. I like the touch settings that are customizable on the app. The battery life is unrivaled and most times I do not even have to worry if they are charged and I grab and go.

These are the best I've ever had. Sound great, stay in place and connectivity between my 2 phones is seamless.

Honestly these ear buds are the perfect choice for the Samsung/Android user. Seamless connectivity with Samsung/Android devices, excellent audio quality, and a reasonable fit (with customizable tip size options) makes these the ideal wireless earbuds. The only reason I returned these ear buds is because I personally don't like the in-ear rubber tips design that has gained popularity over the years. I know many people enjoy it and it enables the active noise canceling feature, but for me it just agitates the ears too much.

Carry these and use them daily. They can do well at canceling/minimizing noise or can be switched to allow noise in. Pretty good sound quality. Great battery life. Very friendly to use

Great sound, love the 360 effect. Syncs with my Samsung effortlessly. Good battery life on the buds and the case. Fits great and comfortable. The app works great too. My last Galaxy buds lasted me almost 4 years, their 11 hour battery life is down to abiut 4, so I still use them at work. I expect these to last as long.

The sound quality of these buds are the best I've had, in my own opinion. They also are super comfortable and sturdy to wear, unlike the last Gen. My only gripes are some occasional Bluetooth glitches (which are fixable by just putting the buds back in their case and removing them) and no ANC tuning, and maybe a bit pricey. Aside from that, I recommend them if you want an amazing pair of true wireless earbuds!

Very compact. Great sound. Sound deadening is awesome. Con: too easy to get stolen and no way to successfully track. Mine was stolen within a month.

I've had these Buds 2 Pro for 6 months now and I'm in love with them. I paired them to a Samsung S22 Ultra, so they work together like peas and carrots. HEAD TRACKING: I like the head tracking feature. If you turn your head away from your media the sound increases in the bud that is closest to your device. Keeps the sound focused in the direction of the device. It's rather neat. FIT: I had to change the earpieces out to the smallest right away, but it's important that you get a good fit. They don't bulge from my ears much. Just a bit. There is "Check fit" area in the Samsung App. ANC: The noise cancelling is pretty amazing. Actually makes you appreciate the silence when you turn it on. Very close to perfect silence.

Sound is amazing. Connected right away. Compact and fit is exactly what I needed.
