If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test.     Worked awesome for 6 months. Then started hearing static in right then gradually just a peep. I even checked my other ear to make sure I wasn't losing my hearing. Shortening this up a bit. My very intelligent daughter says Mom! These are $$pensive. Take them back. Well I bought them online. They are less than a year old. They will just swap them out. Can't we just swap out thru shipping? Uhmm not sure what Total Best buy membership is for. Not helpful 59 minutes and counting...

    Case no longer charges Left Earbud

    I bought these earbuds on December 3rd. Today, December 26th, the case no longer charges the second earbud. While these may sound better than the $40 esrbuds i had before, they are still working after 2 years. Dont waste your money on samsung products.

    They drop call and then if you touch them while in your ear the call is cut off and they easily fall out your ear since i am think if to return them or give them away

    Use them... or try to use them for work in a shop environment. The active noise canceling gets overloaded by using an air hose around them specifically. My old galaxy buds did not have this issue.

    The left earbud after just a few uses has awful peaking static, and feel i need a replacement, but best buy has left me pretty high and dry with no easy way to figure out how to do that. Other than this problem, i think they're a good quality ear bud for Samsung devices.

    They're good if you're sitting and chilling. Second you do anything physical or even build up any sweat at least for me they won't stay in my ears and it becomes annoying

    Has nice sound, but bluetooth connectivity is not where it needs to be. For this reason i might have to return it, maybe got a bad batch i dont know.

    For my ears, they aren’t comfortable and have fallen out several times. I use the middle size plug, if i use the smaller size, the sound is not as good. They do have a food sound however, but the fit is disappointing…I guess everything is not for everybody.

    Had to return a pair because one earbud wouldn't charge. Got a replacement set and I'm only getting 3 hours of battery life and not the advertised 5 hours. So far I've only used them for talking and not music so not how long the battery lasts if I was just listening to music.

    Unfortunately, I can only give a 2 for the overall rating. These were probably the best that Samsung has sold. However, they must have changed to a cheaper material. Earbuds caused severe inner ear irritations in both ears that caused swelling, pus/crusty ears, ear pain and a doctors appointment. I have always been a Samsung earbuds wearer and this is the first time with an issue. If wasn't for the irritations, these buds would have gotten a 5 plus all the way around. I'm waiting to see if there's a Class Action Lawsuit because there are thousands of the same complaints from people across the world. Sorry Samsung go back to the old quality material.

    PURCHASED and paid for these ear buds using the promo from my purchase of Samsung S 23 Ultra. The promo price was for $100. The transaction ocurred around the end of November. Went to pick them up a couple weeks later only to find that they returned them to stock and had refunded my money, without any notification. I wanted to repurchase them, but now the price is back at current price. Again, these were bought and paid for, not just on hold.
