    Ear infections and no battery life

    The ear buds cause a bad reaction in my ears.Almost an ear infection everytime. (Yes I sanitized them out the box and again when I tried them again)I've had a lot of different earbuds and ear pieces over the years but something about these are different. Sounds good other than the occasional blip that I've heard more than once. Battery life isn't great. Unfortunately not a purchase I'd do again if given the option. I thought I was treating myself with a high dollar purchase but I treated myself to days of fluid filled flaky ears. I could have got 3 pairs of skull candies and had a more enjoyable experience.

    Unfortunately, I will be returning these. After going through a couple of skull candy earbuds because I really just needed a pair and don't care about the latest and most flashy earbuds, decided to "upgrade" to a Samsung pair to go with my Samsung Android. I really thought this experience would be better, but not so, they don't stay in my ears, no matter the size of the earbud protector. I hang ppl up all the time with the slightest touch. These are just no good and I really hate I have to go to Best Buy AGAIN and return another pair, but I tried and they are just not functional.

    NEVER STAY IN.they are painful when they are in there, and if they aren’t in, they are falling on the gym floor and rolling under a dusty piece of equipment. Noise cancelling is NOTHING compared to beats, I can hear all the gym noise around me. Wish I could return them. They physically hurt in my ears and I have the smallest attachment on them,

    They pick up all the background noise. I wish i could return them and try the bose. Outside of that they sound great.

If your Buds2 Pro aren't fitting correctly, you can simply swap the earbud tips and/or wingtips.     I ended up returning due to the buds not staying in my ear and also wasn't comfortable over time as I had to keep adjusting them. They might work well for others just not me i haven't found a earbud that stays in my ear.

    I purchased these for my fiancé. I am a complete Apple fan, however he loves Samsung. The sound quality is phenomenal. The only issue is answering calls.

    They are larger than i thought they would be. I ha e one ear in which the bud does not fit well and becomes somewhat dislodged and i find myself frequently pushing it back in.

    These earbuds are great until they get even sweat on them. They are NOT water resistant at all. Samsung said they would not replace or repair them even though they have never been near moisture. Im assuming sweat got to them from my workouts

    Very pretty, but not very comfortable

    I really liked these head phones at first but they can be annoying to lay down with in your ear. They are very pretty and easy to use, but can cause my ears to become a little sore after a while. I also notice they die very quickly compared to some other ones and that sometimes they don't want to charge properly which is super frustrating.
