Customers consistently note the great sound quality, comfortable fit, and amazing battery life of the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. Many appreciate the rich bass and seamless connectivity. However, some find the price a bit high compared to competitors, and a few have concerns about the touch controls and maximum volume.

I was really excited to get these after reading how great the last generation was and the improvements made to them this year. Unfortunately, I have an iPhone 13, not a Galaxy phone. And Samsung has discontinued support for the Galaxy app on the app store, so these essentially just become a nice pair of bluetooth earbuds without any of the functionality provided if you pair them with a Galaxy phone. I'm not sure how they would do with a Pixel or other Android phone, but at this point I'm assuming Samsung wants you locked into their ecosystem to get the full benefits. And don't get me wrong, I know Apple does this with the AirPods, which are functional but ugly in their current design. Google has started doing this with the Pixel Buds as well, so it's just the way it is and it's getting annoying for consumers. I would much rather have these over airpods, but Samsung has decided they don't want anyone with a phone that isn't theirs. I'm sure it's easier from a programming standpoint but it seems like you're cutting out a big piece of the market. These sound good, but I can't adjust the settings so they might sound better if you have a Galaxy to make use of the 24-bit high-fi capability. You can toggle the ANC by touching the earpod directly, and the ANC is good but I don't have access to the Intelligent Conversation Mode which would be awesome. Enhanced 360 audio also doesn't work without a Galaxy phone, nor does the multi-point bluetooth. Look, these are super comfortable for all day wearing, have a great battery life and bluetooth range along with water resistance of IPX7. They have basic ANC you can toggle on and off manually and sound decent. If you have a Galaxy smartphone, these are the buds for you. If you have any other phone, you need to understand the limitations before spending the money. Likewise with the other manufacturers that only give you the full experience within their own ecosystem. That's why I give these 3 stars, because Samsung gave up on the app and the price isn't justified unless you have the right phone. I wanted to love these, but they're going to be my lawn mowing/workout buds and I'm going to stick with my Bose QC earbuds for travel/calls/etc because there are no restrictions on them regardless of the phone, computer or tablet I pair them with.

I have tried these ear buds for several weeks and have experienced multiple ear infections. I have stopped using them for a week and the infection cleared. Once i used them again the infections came back. I have scabs where the charging connections are. Both ears had these problems. I have replaced the ear tips to new foam pieces. That did not work. I have used the smaller size tips also with no difference.

When you wear canal-type earphones including Buds2 Pro for a long time, the humidity can increase inside your ears, and it may cause skin irritation or contact dermatitis such as inflammation of the outer ear. If you feel ear pain or skin irritation occurs while using the earbuds, please immediately stop using the device and visit your doctor for consultation. We recommend removing earbuds periodically from your ears so that the humidity inside the ears can be lowered when using the device for a long time. Great sound, solid battery life, a case that supports both USB-C and wireless charging, and definitely stylish but... fit may not work well for everyone. Compared to previous Buds Pro, these fit differently in ear so i had to switch to Comply's foam tips. 3 sizes of tips included, and Galaxy Wearable app offers a Fit test, but even with a good fit, these don't always stay in during workouts.

Very disappointed in this as a galaxy flagship product. I've used the google and Sony premium and both of those work better, pair faster and have a better fit. Sound is probably comparable to the others, but lack of practical functionality is disappointing.

Having used many pairs of AirPods since they rolled out in 2016, I was excited to give these a try. Frankly these thing suck. There is no way of ending a call by tapping on their sides. It won’t hang up on calls and only hurts the users ear. To use the app for its settings, Samsung forces the user to provide access to all sorts of private things like calendars and address book that really have nothing to do with the settings of headphones (unless the user swishes to use voice activation). Samsung is obviously using cheap tactics here to grab data. Don’t be as stupid as I was in buying this overpriced garbage.
