    Ear infection

    Used them for awhile then noticed pain in my ear. Went to the doctor and it's an ear infection thanks to Samsung. Over a month and still dealing with it. I assumed my buds afterwards. This is a thing. I googled it and was surprised. Apparently this started with last year's model when they switched to a different material

    Microphone sound is garbage.

    I just bought these buds and the whole point to get a high sound quality microphone that does not pick up background noise. The sound is garbage and seems to amplify rather than reduce the background noise. I will be returning.

    They are uncomfortable. Getting them into pairing mode is a HUGE hastle. It took forever to pair them with my iPhone and the Galaxy Buds app for my iPhone never recognized them. I'm returning them and getting Bose Quietcomfort.

    I honestly don't get the hype here. I pre-ordered these, only to be seriously disappointed. They didn't come with additional size ear inserts - just one size, don't fit tight and won't stay in. The app says, poor fit, change your ear piece but there are none. I'll stick to my beats and return these - total waste of money.

    The worst. The left one stopped working within a week and it's more effort to fix than cost to buy new ones (jabra ones haven't broken 6 months later)

    Low battery life, 2-4hrs max. Does not stay in ear comfortably and falls out easy. Drops connection randomly. Not worth $200.

    Month four and these buds started sounding garbled to my callers. So back to buying cheap buds as I get the same deal buying cheap.
