    Junk. Just like the airpods. I had high hopes. Not even close to senheissers. JUNK. No mids. Either too cloudy or too flat. Beats pro are not crazy awesome but at least they have more clarity. These are Compared to beats pro, apple, senheisser, samsung buds original. I have all the above.

    The noise cancellation is all that is good about this product. They dont stay inside ear, while im watching a movie or folding laundry they fall out every time! Ive tried every size but same thing with each. Not worth the price in my opinion.

    Good sound quality. I need earbuds for hands-free calling. At least once a day, someone tells me that I sound like I'm under water. I can't with these anymore.

    Okay sound quality, nothing to write home about, it's pretty standard. However, battery life for the earbuds and case is ABYSMAL and will not last you a day. Be prepared to charge them frequently throughout the day. Cherry on top is that they don't stay in your ears well either. Hard to believe Skullcandy wireless earbuds are better quality than these.

    The sound is great -- better than my Pixel Buds Pro -- BUT the huge downside is a constant ringing tone in the left ear bud. Searching online I see a suggestion to reset the ear buds, but that has only worked for the first time I use them after the reset. It makes this a waste of money if I want to keep my hearing.

The Buds2 Pro features 2-way speakers, including a 10mm woofer for deep bass and a 5.3mm tweeter for crisp treble. To get the best sound quality and fit, it’s important to wear them correctly; this enhances comfort and helps keep them in your ears. Before wearing, ensure the earbud tips are attached properly. Insert the earbuds following the direction of your ear canal, and if necessary, rotate them or try a different size. You can check the fit using the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app by navigating to "Earbuds settings," selecting "Earbud fit test," and following the prompts to assess your fit. The app will inform you whether the fit is "Poor" or "Good," allowing you to make adjustments as needed.     Causes ear irritation and ear infections!!!

    I have used Samsung earbuds for a very long time. I got the Earbuds Pro 2 for Christmas last year and was excited. Over the past year, I have had 4 really bad ear infections, not thinking my earbuds were the issue. However, every time I stopped wearing them my ears cleared up. I would then wear them again and another ear infection. After doing some digging, I have found out that I am not the only person having this issue. Why did Samsung not let us know this. I would really like to get my money back but I do not know how to in touch with them. I am really disappointed. I would not recommend them.

When you wear canal-type earphones including the Buds2 Pro for a long time, the humidity increases inside your ears, and it may cause skin irritation or contact dermatitis such as inflammation of the outer ear. It can also occur when using other manufacturers’ canal-type products. If you feel ear pain or skin irritation occurs while using the earbuds, please immediately stop using the device and visit your doctor for consultation. We recommend removing earbuds periodically from your ears so that the humidity inside the ears can be lowered when using the device for a long time. After prolonged wearing Buds Pro please dry your ears and, clean the earbuds and ear tips regularly to prevent any problems.
