I've been through ear buds and there issues were they either wouldn't stay in place or they kept dropoing the connection. So, when it came to getting a new pair I was a bit skeptical. Once I bought these ear buds here I was immediately impressed when I put them in my ears. They fit well and THE SOUND QUALITY OMG!!! I'm buying two more just in case I lose them I will have a back-up. P.S. I'm also getting one for my wife too.

Customer service! I was going to cancel my best buy membership after getting these replaced but the customer service was so awesome, I'll keep it one more year. The ear buds themselves are pretty good, decent bass but not amazing. Battery life is ok but I use them daily for hearing protection and phone calls, so it makes sense I have to charge them more frequently. My last pair lasted about a year before my right ear bud stopped playing music and people said they couldn't hear me well during phone calls. Overall I love these buds and will continue to replace them as long as they carry them.

These buds are super awesome. They fit snug and the sound quality is on point. I would highly recommend these especially with the galazy fold 4! You definitely will not regret this purchase. The buds also hold a super long charge time and the case recharges the buds super quick!

I can say that I've previously had the Galaxy Buds Live, the Galaxy Buds 2, and the original Galaxy Buds Pro (which I eventually returned). These are def better than all of them, followed by the gold Galaxy Buds Live. These new ones fit way better than the original Galaxy Buds Pro and they don't stick far out of my ears as much either. I don't like large ear buds that stick out. I think that's what made the original Buds Pro fall out so easily, even with the different size ear tips. Also, I usually like shiny finishes, but the matte finish on these new ones is gorgeous. I can also say that I can tell the difference in quality of sound compared to the other galaxy buds. In terms of style, I like the shiny gold Buds Live, but in terms of sound quality, I like the Buds 2 Pro. The small differences make it hard to choose between them, but you can't go wrong with these if you have to pick one. Connects to both my android phone and apple iPad.

These buds fit great, have excellent sound, and the ambient feature is an excellent option. The touch controls are responsive, although sometimes to responsive for the 1-touch disconnect. Havent utilized the 360 feature yet....but all in all these are a very good purchase!!

solid, long-lasting earbuds, noise canceling for videos and on calls. all the features are what you need and more! Especially if you misplace them, you can use the app to locate them, play hot and cooled with them (you can zero in on them), and play beeping noise too so you can directly find them. I've had these headphones since April 2023. Besides some normal wear and tear appearance, on the charging side, holding charge, and recharging, I haven't seen the slightest reduction in performance

They sit well inside the ear and don't feel like they will fall off. The noise cancelling works great and all the features are easily accessible with my S23 Ultra. The battery is comparable to the similar products in the market and nothing spectacular. The charging case also looks and feels premium. Most importantly, the sounds is really good for taking calls, attending work meetings and my collagues are able to hear me well even when I am outside in busin sorroundings. Overall, no complaints with the product and happy with the purchase.

Very good this buds, better audio, better everything and comfortable

I've been using Galaxy ear buds for years now and these are the best ones yet. I love the battery life of the earbuds and the case, I can go days without charging the case. I use these all day long at work in a heavy Duty environment and they hold up very well. They fit very well and don't fall out like the previous models. Definitely will buy again and would recommend.

I have had several ear buds and these are by far the most comfortable. The sound is great, as is the call quality. Downsides? They cut out periodically. And while you can customize each bud to a limited degree as far as functionaity, you are limited on what functions each bud will do. They are not perfect, but still better than my prior purchases.

Very good great sound and fits comfortably than the previous galaxy buds plus good size for looks as well unlike the air pods with a steam stick out these are alittle more hidden for places like work love the touch controls as well when i cant look at my phone.

Great sound and so comfortable. They fit in my ears perfectly with pretty good noise cancelling. I can use one headphone about 6-8 hours straight before charging it.

I love these earbuds. Id say theyre equivalent to to my beats studio buds. I love that if i lose one i can pin point its location with the ring feature and google maps! And theyre not expensive. Theyre great quality and sound and battery last forever and charge fast!

I love these buds! I liked the original Samsung Buds the best due to the way they fit in my ears. These fit like those do. Also, the material/finish on the Buds2 Pro makes it super easy to put them and remove them from my ears. Some of the Samsung models have been so slick that it made it difficult to grab them with your fingertips. So far, these are my favorite Samsung Buds!
