Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds2 provide up to 7.5 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 29 hours more with a fully charged case. Placing the buds in the charging case for 10 minutes will give you up to 150 minutes of play time. Please take a moment to check out "The battery life on your Samsung earbuds" if you would like to learn the various ways of optimizing the battery life on your device. Also, check out "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your audio quality.
