They are pretty comfortable and don't fall out easily. The sound quality is very good. The find lost ear bud feature is nice, as I've had to use it twice because I fell asleep wearing them. I dont know what water resistant level they are, but I had right ear bud survive a cycle in the dishwasher. Battery gets nowhere near 11 hours as advertised.

I say this because the sound quality from these headphones is right where a good quality headphone shound quality should be. Also with the ambient noise application to them you can listen to your music and hold a perfectly normal conversation with someone. Couldnt get better than that. But honestly it does, you can also turn the ambient noise off and they become wonderful outside noise dampeners.
