    takes ear tips off wash product replace ear tips before use. otherwise great product even had ear speaker break and a few days after i mailed it in they sent new ear piece back.wonderful sound and great noise canceling

    I don't know why some people were complaining about their ears getting irritated? But I clean my ears and these headphones after each time I've used them and they continue to be awesome. Best wireless buds I've used. Sound cancelling is better than the Apple Pro version and the interface is better too.
