She loves the way they stay in her ears compared to her previous Jabras did. She says that the fidelity is close but maybe not as good, but she mostly uses them for listening to podcasts so she doesn't care that the Buds2s are slightly inferior. She definitely liked the price and comfort.

I ended up buying some third-party rubber pieces that seem to stay in just a little better while talking/eating, but nothing wrong with how they come out of the box. I'm sure the ANC isn't up to par with the pros, but these do the trick for me in semi-noisy office settings or apartment buildings.

They are easy to sync with my phone and I like the noise cancelling feature. They don't stay in my ear super well and do have a tendency to fall out which is annoying and they need frequent adjusting.

It was his first pair of earbuds but the down side about it, is it opens very easy. There was a couple times where he would lose one of the earbud due to the case opening so easily.
