These buds sounds great but ultimately would not stay in my ears as well as other flagship models when I'm running or working out. They slowly loosen with sweat and fall out. I've tried these, the Buds Pro, Sony xm4's, Jabra elite 75ts and 85t's, and lastly the Anker Soundcore Liberty 3 Pros that just released. Do yourself a favor and get the new Anker's. They are hands down the all-around winner besting all of these other flagship buds in sound and fit - and are second in ANC only to the Sony's but are much cheaper... better luck next year, Samsung!

Pleasantly surprised at how well these stay in my ears. I use them operating equipment and while at the gym. The ambient sound feature is great and the noise canceling works spectacularly.

These were disappointing for a Samsung product. The right earbud stopped working properly despite good care and regular cleaning. Was always a Samsung fan so I did not expect these to have such a short life.

Nice earbuds. I bought them for both price and quality. These are my first set of wireless earbuds. Still struggling with finding a good fit. Constantly adjusting them to stay on will change the controls. They sync well with some other Samsung devices I have.

Best headphones on the market these are my 2nd pair because my family dogs chewed one of them up i use them for everyday use and gaming with my phone switch and laptop battery last long and sound is great

Basically just needed to replace my broke 1st gen buds(my fault). I like the form factor of these more and the case as well. Downside is they removed the push to mute functionality....why I have no idea. So if you use these for conference calls, be aware

Works good they just dont stay in when your doing alot of moving

The first one I bought had issues after 3 months, I sent it back and was able to get a refund from Samsung which they rarely give. Decided to buy it again but in green from Best Buy with a protection plan. Overall they have a nice sound for the price and the noise canceling is probably on the higher end for earbuds. I think if you're not in the Samsung ecosystem you won't get all the benefits that come along with the app and watch. I would go ahead and get from another reliable brand if you are not a Samsung user. But if you're left without many choices; this is still a good purchase. GET PROTECTION PLANS for headphones, you'll thank me later.

Purchased these for my daughter to replace a competitor pair of earbuds. She loves them. She says the sound quality is much better than her old pair and they fit very comfortably as well.
