This is my third set of galaxy buds. had the original galaxy buds, then the galaxy buds plus, now the galaxy buds 2. i loved the original design of the prior two models, with their wing tips make the headphones stay in your ears, they eventually had issues where they would not always charge, would require cleaning of the case and headphone contacts. seems to they've upgraded the case design/charging quite a bit since the original variations, these headphones essentially magnetically click in place and charge without a hitch now compared to some of the original models. they pop in the ear easily and feel very comfortable.

The product was great but the service was very unsatisfactory. If it wasn’t for one agent who already had3 other customers waiting for his help, I would have left. I actually waited 20 minutes to get assistance.

These are incredible earbuds... fit snug and secure, sound is amazing and the noise canceling is really great. The range is awesome as well. Really can't say enough good things.

Number one head phone all th time and very durable I recommend

Bought these as a gift for my fiancée. He absolutely loves them. We both have the buds+ and he lives these so much more. He says they are super comfortable and the base is so much better than the plus

Looks good, good fit. I got these to replace the previous galaxy buds I had. With these ones, the charge doesn't keep as the other did. For example, I use them for about 30 mins and put them down out of the case, after 9-10 hrs the battery is drained. With my previous buds, the battery would keep charge, like it would stay on standby if it wasn't connected. Still enjoy them. Not a big deal.

I was very satisfied with my purchase. Package was shipped and delivered in a timely manner- recieved my new earbuds within 2 days after purchasing. Good quality earbuds and good service. Definitely recommend! (:

Bought these for my wife and I use them from time to time and they're great. My one gripe is that the touch commands could be more sensitive. I have to use a bit more force to change songs and lower the volume.

The sound is great, these block out all ambient noise with just a tap! The battery life is about average for earbuds I've previously owned. I would definitely recommend!

These earbuds are a significant improvement compared to the original earbuds. The sound quality is better, it has active-noise cancelling, and I think it looks much nicer overall. The buttons also work better although they still aren't perfect. My main issue with these earbuds is that they just didn't fit as well as the previous version. It took me several weeks before I felt comfortable wearing them, and I tried using all the sizes that they provided for the silicone tips. There have also been some minor software issues where they don't connect properly.

Perfect gift if you want to give someone an item they wont have to call you every 5 mins for trouble shooting tips. I've never had issues with them.

Good fit. Good sound. One bud unpaired a couple of times. Re-paired without too much difficulty, hopefully will not keep recurring.

I love how easy they are to use and how customizable it is with your phone. I use them daily.

Good pair of Headphones the pros are a bit better. But these are still good for calls and music.

Great value, great product and easy to set up. Only con is that it's slippery. Dropped them a couple of time but they still work.

Everything is great except its difficult to keep a secure fit when being active. Even with the different sizes of ear pieces included. The app will confirm a correct fit but it wont sttay secure with movement

Got this gift for my parents. They loved the ease of using these Bluetooth earbuds for anything. Thinking about purchasing one for myself. Always love and trust Samsung products. Great deal and well worth it.
