I can hear everything clearly. Good for listening to music and videos. When speaking the person on the other phone has a hard time hearing me. It is muffled and not clear.

Fits and works well, perfect for my size. Will still buy again

This was upgrade to my galaxy buds+ that I've have for about 3 years. Greats feats like the "Noise Canceling" easy to pair to my Samsung phone.

Bought them as a gift for my boyfriend but he’s been eyeing these for a while. I heard these are the AirPods of Samsung so I’m excited for him to try them!

They are adequate, sound great. If you are not sleeping with them, then buy them. I was more interested in sleeping with them comfortably, which they are, but they fall out of your ears easily.

Absolutely love these buds, though I do wish the surround sound wasn't it just recreating the audio it makes people's voices very loud and sharp.

these are fine so far. only drawback i see now is that i cant control the volume on the buds or save music to the buds like my previous pair. other than that, they are ok.

Love love love these earbuds!! Sadly I had to get them replaced because one earbud went out after a year BUT Best Buy completely replaced them, giving me a brand new pair.

Very good quality and keep confortable in my ear. My only complain is it's difficult to hang up a call but besides that I'm happy with my purchase.

As a youngster, I was worried about buying bluetooth wireless headphones for my mother. However, ease of use was perfect and she was able to get the hang of it within minutes. She still sends me texts of how much she loves them.

Really impressed. Being able to sync automatically between several phones and computer is a great feature. Both noise suppression and ambient mode work like a charm. Highly recommend.

I had the original Galaxy Buds and I absolutely loved them. Everything about them was great. I used them so much at the gym though that eventually the microphone stopped working from the sweat, and I couldn't make phone calls with them which was a problem since my job sometimes requires me to jump in a zoom call when I am not in front of my computer. I got a lot of use out of them so I was more than happy to purchase the newer version. Unfortunately, these newer versions are completely unusable. I don't understand how a company like Samsung, after knocking it out of the park with their 1st model, can release something this god awful. Sure the audio quality is fine and the features are all good, but none of that matters when the earbuds are falling out of your ears literally at least once a minute. I have not only tried all 3 of the sized tips it comes with, but I have actually purchased 3rd party tips that were supposed to address this issue but they did not help. I've tried putting them in my ears different ways, nothing helps. I really wish I could just trade these in for a new pair of the original Buds. Also just to be clear, my wife also bought a pair and she had the exact same problem that I did. I've looked online and if you haven't heard this story yet it appears to be the same problem for pretty much everyone. DO NOT BUY. Galaxy Buds Pro also have the exact same problem so don't buy those either or you will just be returning them for something else.

Great quality Headphones, I was looking for a noise canceling headphones. These fit well and very comfortable.

Great upgrade from previous versions of the Samsung galaxy buds, and the battery lasts a long time too. The active noise canceling is definitely my favorite thing about them though

My wife uses these constantly. As an iPhone user I had to do a bit of research but she seems to love these as much as I do my AirPods!

I really like Samsung Earbuds. In the past, I've tried others, but the features available forth Samsung fit for my use.

I got what BBH I was looking for and the representative was knowledgeable and respectable and listened to what o was asking .

Very good sound for earbuds. Had to buy third party eartips to keep them from slipping out. Overall ergonomics of the fit don't seem to work as well with my ear shape as previous versions.
