I was going to purchase the Pros but after reading reports and talking to an associate at the store I decided to go with these. I love them. The charging case lasts a long time as do the buds. They work great! I use them during the day and when I run. No issues. I moved from the Galaxy buds to these. The only downside I have had is that they are very smooth and basically slippery so you just have to be more cautious when removing them from your ear. Otherwise 5 stars.

Don't fit in my ears

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I normally love all things Samsung, but these don't fit snugly in my ears like the Buds+ did, there's no wings to keep them anchored and I find myself never using them because the fit is so unreliable.

So they lost a star, though it gave me an excuse to visit Chelsea Market.

No mute, they automatically change from noise cancellation to active noise without being prompted, the volume doesn't get that loud, and you and your caller can hear your background with noise cancellation on
