    Live listening isnt very good on these They fall out of your ear pretty easily and if you try to put them on while you had tap controls on it hangs up phone calls/ pauses music/ skips music/ etc I wouldn't recommend getting them Find one that stays in your ear better

    They were working fine up untill I am writing this review and in less than a year in they stopped charging and right headphones is not working at all

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds. Take a moment to review, "Samsung earbuds do not turn on or charge" when you have a free moment to conduct a few quick troubleshooting steps to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your Galaxy Buds2.     Sound is very good. Battery life is average (couple of hours), and you have to put them back in the case to re-charge. I would recommend some kind of necklace or lanyard to keep them from falling or having to have a free hand to deal with each of them. They seem to sinc up effortlessly by Bluetooth.

    These little buds does not sound as good as the Buds Pro. But they're very near the Pro experience.

    Absolutely love these! Best earbuds I have tried. I should have bought these to begin with. I have about 5 different types of headsets/earbuds. Tried to go cheap. You buy cheap, you buy twice, or in my case 5 times. LOL! Oh and by the way, I have super small ears, these fit!

    Can't get tap on/off to work consistently

    I could hardly get the "tap on and off" feature on the first set of buds to work. It would work once, and then not again until I put them back in the case and took them out again. Sent them in to be repaired. The replacement buds (not sure if new or repaired) are hardly better. It takes about 10 attempts at tapping to get the buds to turn off. Would never buy these again.

    The sound these produce is very nice. My only complaint is the I have a hard time keeping them in my ears. They tend to pop out and when you go to push them back in it changes the music. The call quality is top notch.
