The buds would have come with additional ear tips in different sizes to help with the fit of your device. You can also do a fit test while wearing the buds and connected in the Samsung Wearables App. You can also use the Find My Buds feature of the device if you do happen to drop one and can't locate it so long as the device still has battery power. Hello there VeronicacastroV, thank you for finding the available time out of your lively day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds2. We appreciate your honesty. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. The earbuds’ touch actions are set to single tap and tap and hold by default. To use all the earbuds’ touch actions, launch the Galaxy Wearable app, and tap Touch controls to activate the related features. Lightly tap the touch pad one time for the following options: Play a track. Pause a track. Quickly tap the touch pad two times for the following options: Play the next track. Answer or end a call. Place the current call on hold and answer a second incoming call. Switch between a current call and a call placed on hold. Quickly tap the touch pad three times for the following options: Play previous track. Start the current track over at the beginning. Touch and hold the touch pad for the following options: Activate a custom shortcut. Decline a call. Turn the microphone on or off during a call. Retrieve a called placed on hold after ending the current call. Hope all of that information helps!
