Overall, its just amazing.

If you haven't done so already, we also recommend trying the extra ear tips in a larger and smaller size to see what feels best in your ear for the fit and comfort as well. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds2 don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Check out, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" for some more helpful tips and tricks on getting the most comfortable fit for your ears. We also recommend using the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've forgotten how long I bought these, i am a very clumsy person, so these are built to last too, they pop open when drop, magnet that keeps the case close is strong enough and build to last longer, case, also a bit uncomfortable sometimes when the earbuds are already in, but it takes a while to get uncomfortable, like half of its battery, or more. experimental side is great, i love the fact that you can lower the volumes with these like others headphones or earbuds with volume control.

The supervisor, I think the name is Chris, said that it is past the company's return date of 2 weeks. I tried to negotiate with him to allow me a return because I would like to get another earbuds from the store. He shut me down, however, and did not even suggest what to do with the defective item. THE SUPERVISOR WAS RUDE & NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED FROM AMAZON WHICH HAS A 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW. When I picked up the item, I was not informed that BestBuy only has a 15-day return policy.
