If you haven't done so already, we recommend trying the additional ear tips in a larger and smaller size to help with the fit of your device. We have a great article on our website "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" to ensure your device is placed in the optimal location. I wish all ear buds came in sizes because one size does not fit all. These are the best I've found for my very small ear canals. Excellent sound, easy to charge and maintain, but I do have to additionally purchase extra small tips.

Your earbuds can connect to Bluetooth devices for streaming music or making calls. You'll get the best experience when using the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet because you'll have full control over your music. Some features won't appear in the app unless you've already connected the earbuds at least once. iPhone 7 or later with iOS 10 or higher using the Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live with the Samsung Galaxy Buds app support: Streaming music, Making calls, Ambient sound, Touchpad controls, Battery status, Equalizer sound controls, Find My Earbuds, Restarting or resetting your earbuds, and Checking for software updates. Notifications, Gaming mode, and Spotify integration are not available on iOS. Keep in mind that there are a few differences between the earbud types. On iOS devices, the Samsung Galaxy Buds app is compatible on iPhone 7 and later running iOS 10 or higher. The Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds2, Galaxy Buds2 Pro, and Galaxy Buds Pro are not compatible with the iOS Buds app. iOS devices using Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds2, Galaxy Buds2 Pro, or Galaxy Buds Pro: There is no app support for the Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds2, Galaxy Buds2 Pro, or Galaxy Buds Pro with iOS products, but you can pair them with Bluetooth to stream music, make calls, and use touchpad controls. Since I'm not familiar with any other brand or type or how long a charge should last, I can only say that I bought them based on the positive reviews and I like them so far. I bought them because I will be traveling in a few weeks and new phones no longer include wired ear buds. The true test will be how they perform during the flight and how long they hold a charge. Hence the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.
