My original Galaxy Bud were great but I lost them. I replaced them with these expecting at least equal quality but I am disappointed with these. They don't stay in the ear, I have tried all three of the pads but none of them help. This could be because of the redesign but they are almost worthless being I can't do most activities I used to do. Sound is as good when they are fit just right but otherwise they sound tinny and let in too much environmental sound.

Lost my old pair of galaxy buds so decided to upgrade to the newer Buds2 and it was a great decision. Like these a lot better than the old ones.

sound is clear fit is OK . always makes me sound like i have a cold when talking to someone on the phone. overall a good product

Bought these as a gift for my niece for Christmas. She absolutely loves them and the case. Easy to use with great sound and noise cancelling.

Problems with mumbled voices. Me and other people that I call. I like the feel and sound when they are working right.

last pair was bose, these are way nicer! in ear noise cancelling is great, but takes a while to get them fitted in ear right.

Bought these for my friend, he didnt a new pair. He said she likes them and it actually stays in his ear.

Great sound but cannot keep these in my ears. I have small ears and they do not seat correctly.

These won’t stay in constantly fall out.amazing noise canceling but unfortunately I cant enjoy having to keep pushing them back in. And unfortunately just past the return date by the time I tried them. So stuck with ear buds I can’t use as the just fall out. Worst eat buds ever. DONT BUY. Samsung needs to fix the ear piece.

The right one keeps falling out of my ear. I even used the smallest fitting. The other issue that I have been having is when I talk on the phone the signal bounces from ear to ear. I have been having the same issue with other earbuds. I have also been having issues with the bluetooth on my phone connecting with my car. It is possible that the bluetooth issues are coming from my phone.

Best earbuds I've ever used! Sound quality is FANTASTIC. Volume is very good, and I really like the active noise canceling and ambient noise feature.

I bought these for my spouse. She loves them. The sound quality is great and she can be heard when using them on her cell phone.

paired easily, kids love them. noise canceling works cuz when i try to talk to them they cant hear me lol
