Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Didnt get a full year out of these and the same thing happend. Connectivity is easy, sound is good, used them riding. But definitely dont recommend due to one of the buds going out.

Soon as i put them in my ear they immediately started to fall out. I almost lost one of them and at this point they havent even been in my ear for 20 minutes. Great product for someone that has large ears, but if you have small ears this is not the product for you.

But god do they not stay in your ear for long. If you get sweaty, if you chew, if you do anything but sit and listen to music, these fall out. And its annoying to try and readjust because then you just mispress and press the touchpad half the time.
