The problem is that when I listen to music, the audio sometimes cuts in and out. It doesn't really happen so much when I am listening to an audio book. But, I listen to audiobooks more than music, so it isn't much of an issue.

It seems that no matter where im at when on a call i end up missing about half of the conversation. I've used soney earbuds in the past and had much better experience with them. I live in Phoenix Az and am on 5g network. I bought these because I've recently switched to a Samsung galaxy phone and washed my Sony earbuds.

Ive tried them every day in a week and just could not get them to feel good in my ears. Dont get me wrong they fit great and never moved but made my ears hurt.
