I like them because they were very easy to pair and use. Only issue I have is my left bud has fallen out of my ear twice! I looked on YouTube to make sure they are in properly. I only use them at home for now.

The dual hard drive docking station was easy to connect. It immediately recognized the 3TB hard drive I loaded - which was the primary reason for the purchase of this particular item. (An older version of a different brand didn't read anything over a 2TB capacity hard drive.)

They work just ok. The people I am talking to say that I am hard to hear or understand. I wish there were at least a small boom for the microphone, that might help. Also, they hurt my ears if I try to wear them for more than 20 - 30 minutes,

They are good earphones! But the case opens on its own! So easy to lose they earbuds! I lost them twice! Ridiculous how samsung used to jave great cases before that won't just open that easy!

I did not like them. Difficult to be heard. The sound quality did not meet b my expectations.

Hope you have better luck. 3 week into purchasing them, sound kept cutting out. Luckily Best Buy did me a favor and approved to take them back and switch to Google Pro buds which have worked perfectly since.)

I am enjoying these headphones but they constantly fall ouy of my ears. I am afraid they will break every time they fall out. If not for this issue, I would have given these five stars. Battery isnt up to par either.

Sound quality is top notch, only complaint is that the body is way too glossy. No grip, slips out of my hand. Doesn't sit very well in my ears either. 7/10

These are the best earbuds I've used so far. I used a set of akg n400's before, but they were way too uncomfortable, fell out too easily, and battery life sucked. That could just be me and the fact I didn't have the other silicone ear triangle things. Not sure these sound as good as the n400's, but they sound very good. Sound: I like good audio, but I really don't have a great ear for judging quality. That said, these sound great to me. They sound very similiar to the AKG N400's perhaps with less bass. Fit: The buds2 fit in my ear very nicely with the included tips and I can wear them for around 9hrs without issues. They do fall out occasionall, but it's usually easy to feel when they're falling out and adjust them. Battery: The battery life on these is very impressive, as they often last 6-9hrs without charging in the case. For some reason the earbuds often drain their batteries unevenly, so you'll end up with one dead and one with 20-30% charge still. The case battery is very good and I've never ran it empty before. Case: Honestly, the case is probably my biggest issue with these earbuds. Any light drop and the case will shoot out the tiny earbuds in a 360, and then the case will close itself. This makes it really easy to lose the earbuds and not notice because the case closed itself back up. Buttons: It took me a few weeks of using the earbuds to appreciate the touch controls. Now it works fairly reliably. The app also gives you a lot of controls for the buttons. Noise Cancellation/Ambient Sound: Noise cancelling is pretty good. Not amazing but good. Some static is audible when using it. Ambient sound is okayish. It picks up on a lot of unwanted background noises like fan noise and doesn't pick up on people's speech well. Both of these features are made worse by what I talk about below.

These are my third pair of Galaxy buds 2. They may work well 2 weeks or a month. They start having connection issues that are inconvenient and not worth the money and time you spend trying to work through them. Both left and right earbuds have connection issues one after the other i do not recommend the earphones

I love these they work great for what i needed them for, the only bad part is the right bud never fully charges. It only charges to 67% and stays there. Other than that they're great.

The ear plugs really don't cancelled noise unless you have both in but still don't cancel noise in background

I really wanted to like them but unfortunately they didn’t fit too good in my ear and as a result I couldn’t hear phone conversations or music.

I bought these to replace my old, broken pair of ear buds. I love the sound quality and the fact that even tho it "mutes" outside noises, I can still hear what is going on around me...which helps me avoid getting hit by cars or bike riders...LOLOL

The ear buds are not upto the mark. I reciever always complains the voice went low suddenly. This happens after 15mins in a long call. Due to this i have stoped using the buds. Also i use the Samsung s22Ultra phone so there should be no Bluetooth connectivity issue but yhere is something wrong!

I have had several versions of the Samsung earbuds. And this one is probably my second least favorite. The Buds2 stay in better than the more expensive Buds Pro (which is my least favorite due to fit). But I have to say the range on the Bud2 is the worst of all the ones I have had. One thing that I really don't like is that the case is glossy white. And the graphite is grayer than I thought it would be. I wanted black, but that color is only available with the Pro (which again didn't fit as well). And I have tried all of the advice from Samsung on the fit, but it didn't change anything. Bring back the IconX model!! That was the best.

It was a waste of money. No one can hear me when I call them, don't fit in my ear, and audio is bad.

Not a fan of these earbuds. I had the previous version of the Samsung buds and I enjoyed them much better until the dog destroyed them. I do not like the fit in my ear, could be my ears......who knows.

Now I know why people spend more money on headphones, I was a loyal skull candy fan because they were decently priced but did not last long and would never connect these are wonderful and connect within seconds. Haven't had any problems yet.

Not bad at all. I prefer a bit mire bass punch but the bass isnts absent in this. I cant get used to touch, i prefer physical buttons, i get it wrong at least 60% of the time.
