    Not as expected and wouldn't work with my wife's phone. They were also uncomfortable in the ear. Can't say what the true quality is since they were returned.

    Like every pair of earbuds, they won’t be a great fit for everyone. Besides that, amazing sound balance. No need to jump to any of the Pro models which I’ve tried as well.

    Does not fit well into the ear canal. My prior "Raycon" earbuds fit much better. Battery life is much less than advertised. Would return if I could.

    They work very well, the ANC on them is nice, the lack of a "wing" to help hold it in the ear makes them slip out a bit when I wear them and am really active, but they sound great. One star off for removing the wing.

    I had issues with the device, i went back to returned and it was denied because the policy is 14 days returns but at day of purchase i was told i had 30 days for return, they just told me the employee gave me wrong información and that i was supposed to read the receipt and not listened to the employee

    Crackling noise

    First 2 weeks were great but now i kee0 getting a crackling sound when i have them in. I've tried resetting and nothing has worked. It doesnt always happen but it does happen daily. Frustrated.

    Good sound. Clunky controls. No way to control volume beyond phone volume button except pressing and holding right earbud. You can't control volume from Galaxy Wearable app. Well, while working at my desk I only have my left earbud in, so that is not convenient. Earbuds constantly feel like they are falling out. When you go to adjust you accidentally adjust the volume constantly. Small and sleek case however, and connected easily to phone.

    So sorry, but I cannot report on the quality of these Galaxy Buds2. I own an older pair of 1st gen Galaxy Buds and I like them, so I bought these as a gift for my wife. I'm sure she'll love them.

    Super quick and easy pairing and learning procedure a guaranteed must have..my first wireless ear buds(why was i waiting so long for this to happen in my life) get one guys !

    Great earbuds at a great price. I use them for Zoom meetings all day but I charge them between meetings because they will not last the entire day on full charge. No other earbuds last the entire day anyway!

    Great earbuds, but the only problem I have is that it keeps disconnecting sometimes. Not sure why. Also, the earbud keeps falling off my ears. Besides that, it's very good with call clarity

    I found this useful and it's working fine, but I am not sure why one of the buds comes out when I talk for sometime over the meetings. Not sure if I need to change the ear plugs.

    These things just won't fit in my hears. When I go to adjust them people either can't hear me or I hang up on people. I tried all three sizes of the silicone tips and none of them really help. I really do not like them at all. Yes, the sound quality is great when I can get them to fit in for a few minutes, but they are just a hassle. i find I'm using the speaker on my phone more often now.

    Wouldn't recommend they fall out of your ears to much. The sound is top notch but i prefer over the neck or head bluetooth

    These are pretty neat. From someone who's used wired headphones for 2 decades this is a game changer. My only issue is that they do tend to want to fall out occasionally

    Bought as gift for mom. Loved the color. Helpful purchasing experience and knowledgeable support. Had onboarding difficulties with connectivity, sound is fair, not great.
