A battery that lasts, connects to ever Apple product that I have with ease. Now I have to buy a pair for my husband since he always wants to borrow mine.

I didn’t think they would stay in ears but haven’t had a problem. The ear buds are the best. The color also match my phone. I’m very happy.

I could probably fix this by getting some bigger replacement tips.

Easy to setup since many modern devices will automatically detect them the minute you take them out of the case. I highly recommend!

They fall out every few minutes.... Tried to return but didn't know you only had 2 weeks to return to best buy. Would not recommend these at all. Many people report the same issue... Now I'm stuck with a product I can't even use.

Unable to exchange because it was passed the 30 day mark. One earbud, just wouldn't turn on. The other, I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. The cashier said, you just have to purchase another pair. It's just another $200.
