Could not get a good fit with this product. Tried all pieces and it constantly fell out of my ears. Not pleased or satisfied at all

First let me say I dont have the best of luck with earbuds. With that said, this is the best I have experienced thus far.

Sound seems good. Have trouble keeping them in my ears if I am moving around alot.

I had to return they would not stay in my ear even with changing of the tips

The buds are OK sound quality is good but they Do Not stay in your ears for very long!

I own the first pair of galaxy ear buds when they first came out and to this day they still work great and fit perfectly in the ears. Whether I'm casually just listening to music or being active with them they don't fall out. When the new buds 2 came out I was very excited to test them out and when i first put them in the ear they kept falling out, ive tried different methods to prevent them from falling out and they just keep slipping out. i clean my ears very well and ive wiped off the buds as well and still having the same issue. other than that they sound great. just wish they would would stop falling out so i can actually enjoy them.

The earbud does fall out of your ear, if the appropriate rubber ear piece is not being used. The case on the otherhand is an issue. I purchased a protective case (as recommended) and while out one of the buds fell out. Due to the usage time, the earbud was untrackable. The case needs a more secure locking mechanism.

Sound quality is solid if a bit 'meh'... but these are impossible to use for calls, even in the absolute best of circumstances (quiet home office). Really disappointing, thought they'd be a great match after going with a Samsung phone for the first time in several years. I'd skip.

This earbuds are amazing, they block out the sound so well. The touch functionality is great. Definitely worth the price.

I have small ears so it's very hard to find the right fit this one is still a bit too big but I still would recommend

Sometimes they fall out and the sound cuts out at various times. I probably won't buy this one again.

I use these at work (about 4 hrs/day on medium volume). Right earbud sound quality starting getting bad after a month and a half. After a couple more weeks, right earbud was basically unusable. It sounded like the speaker in it had blown, but ive had them long enough now that i cant return. Save your money and get something cheaper.

Just a little too awkward and bulky to stay in ur ear. But overall good sound and quality.

I was so used to my previous galaxy buds, I really dont like these bean shaped buds. Didn't like how it felt. Battery and sound were good.

Amazing headphones when they do fit. My ears are kind of on the small size so I always find these headphones start slipping out once i literally start doing anything, Eating, talking, working out. I really wish that left the wing tips on these or at least gave the option for it

Ok sound even after making adjustments doesn't fit my ears they fall out when running

I don't know what it is but for whatever reason they work fine for me for a little while and then the sound quality drops out of one ear usually it's the left. What tends to happen is that the levels drop in the left ear then I can hear it vaguely in the left but clearly in the right then eventually the sound gets worse it starts to sound staticy in the left ear
