Unfortunately, it was too big for my ear and kept slipping off my ear.

Posted .Hi Meli, thanks for taking the time out of your hectic day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds2. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, and Buds2 Pro come with earbud tips that are similar to those on the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+. 1. Flip the earbud tip inside out, and then insert it over the latch at the bottom of the earbud. 2. Make sure to line up the hole on the earbud tip with the latch on the bud. 3. Then, push the earbud tip down to finish attaching it. 4. When wearing the earbuds, there should not be a gap or space between the ear and the ear tip. If there is a gap between the ear tip and the earbud, sound may leak out and the earbuds' performance may be poor. Please make sure that the ear tips and the earbud grooves fit properly and try to reinsert them so that there is no space between the ear and the ear tip. If you are still having performance issues, please try changing the ear tips to a larger size. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. When I finally got them both to connect to my phone, the left earbud hurt my ear so terribly, that I couldn't get it out quick enough. I changed the tips, but the fit was never right or comfortable. It fell out of my ear a couple of times, and these are too expensive to lose. I had to return them.
