They srent as loud as the earbuds I javd previously ( galaxy buds live) I will be returning these and getting something else

This product features incredible audio adjustment and quality, easy and convenient touch controls, and excellent connectivity so long as both earbuds are close enough to one another. I do not use these earbuds for extended periods of time, but I have never gotten home from school or work without the buds and case all being above 75% battery life. The waiting line for pick-up was a little long (as expected on Black Friday), but it only took about 30 seconds for the employee to bring me my product. Thank you very much, Best Buy!

Just buy the OG buds or the Buds+ These Buds still doesn't have the Mute to hold in a Phone call either
