    Voice clarity is poor and the battery runs out quick

      Howdy NeAs, thanks for taking the available time out of your busy day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds2. We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most ideal experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds2 give you up to 7.5 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 29 hours more with a fully charged case. Placing the buds in the charging case for 10 minutes will give you up to 150 minutes of play time. Feel free to check out the article titled, "All about your Samsung earbuds' battery life" for more information of your Galaxy Buds' battery life. If your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Buds Pro, or Gear IconX earbuds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things.     I have tried each size of the buds given to you, they slide out of my ear and will fall if I don't catch it fast enough. I use it as a backup while working.

    Loose in ear despite trying different ear tips

    These earbuds work well with my Samsung s22 Ultra but do not stay in my ears very well despite trying all of the different sizes of rubber earbud tips.

    Falls from your ear to easy. To connect it’s hard and long time waiting to pair. To connect to the Samsung app to track it, impossible.

    Galaxy Buds2 are PERFECT

    I want to start out with that I own the Galaxy buds plus and the Galaxy buds pro. I prefer the Galaxy buds2 over both of them. It takes the best features of both buds and packs them into one PERFECT bud for me. I cannot stress how much I love the Galaxy buds2. They are as comfortable or if not more comfortable than the galaxy buds plus and almost as good of sound quality as the buds pro. The buds pro would fall out of my ear and would hurt too much if I kept shoving them back in my ear. I wore them for four hours 8/26/21 because I got them early. I cannot find anywhere to give them a positive review because it was still on pre-order. I personally think they should change the app because I was fiddling around a little trying to figure out why, by default, they weren't controllable with one earbud like the previous generations. You have to enable some settings in the samsung wearable app to get that capability. Also, I didn't realize you can tune the way the ambient noise sounds! At first, they weren't that great because it was boosting low end noise and made it rumbly. I tuned it to clear and they sound just as good as the ambient noise on the buds pro now! The ambient noise from the Galaxy buds plus is absolutely atrocious compared to the buds pro and buds2. I would have the ambient noise set to high on the buds plus and I still couldn't hear someone 5 feet away from me. I can now have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) with one earbud when the buds pro couldn't. I wear earbuds 8 hours a day in one ear at my office and I walk through a factory and I tested the ANC with one ear and it worked better than passive noise cancellation for sure. They aren't the best at ANC, but neither are the buds pro. With all of that said, these are the perfect pair of buds they have produced. A perfect in between the buds plus and the buds pro and I would choose them over both pairs any day of the week. TLDR: They are the perfect pair of Galaxy buds because it takes the best of the Galaxy buds plus and Galaxy buds pro and packs them into one amazing product. I would choose to wear them everyday over either of those earbuds.

    Fit is terrible, Consistently fall out of ears. Uncomfortable.

    Sound is good and you cant hear any distractions. But they keep falling out my ear almost lost them a couple of times

    I haven't even had these buds for 2 months and the right side stopped working and they don't even connect to my phone smh

The device comes with additional ear tips in a larger and smaller size as well to help with the fit. Lastly you can perform a fit test while wearing the buds and connected in the Samsung wearables app to help get the secure fit you are look for with your device.     Less than 1 month old and 1 ear bud is no longer working. I should have just bought a refurbished pair if I would have known it was such lousy quality

    I'm just gone say this is a nice pair of ear buds. Everything thing is nice except for the battery life. I bought these for my wife on Christmas. She really enjoys them.

    Bought this back in November and one the ear buds is already noticeably quieter. Super disappointed in galazy buds recently

    Decent sound but they don't fit my ears very well. Always falling out and when you push them back in I hit the button to disconnect the call. Better options out there.

    Worst wireless earbuds I have owned. No one can hear me when I am talking, on any mode. Wish I could return them. Total waste of money.

    These may work well but not with iPhones. The information in store says blue tooth compatible with iPhone but you can not download the app to run the controls.
