    Gave as a Christmas present to my son. He says that they are the best buds for the price range. Has other ear buds, but likes these the best for sound and fit. They also stay charged longer than other kinds.

    Bought these the first day they came out all excited. They will not stay in my ears for anything. They constantly fall out. I believe they are too heavy, which causes them to fall out all the time. Doesn't do me any good if I am searching all over the ground looking for these things because they fall out very often. I give these a 1 out of 5.

    Don't buy these. The sound does not sync properly. I cant watch any video on my laptop (Bluetooth 5.0) without lips being at least a full second off. These buds are 100% useless to me and they will be useless to you as well. Minimum barrier to entry for a set of wireless buds should be no lag when watching video I shouldn't even have to worry about that.

    Escape the Day

    Excellent sound and comfort. The acoustics give that type of surround-sound, live concert effect that allows the listener the being there experience without actually being there. It's so wonderful to escape from the troubles of my day for 15 - 30 to regenerate fully prepared to take on the remainder of my day. My one misgiving is that these buds aren't necessarily meant for robust motion activity such as exercise because they have a tendency to dislodge from the ear canal.

    I was reluctant on making this purchase due to some testimonials I read on Bestbuy.com, but my experience has been positive! 1. There is only a quick guide that is placed in the box with the buds. Link the buds to Samsung wearable app to set up earbuds. *Please note since Jan. 01, 2024 many have experienced loading issues with the wearable app. I simply Uninstalled the app, then reinstalled the app and all has been well thus far* 2. The Samsung Wearable app will provide a visual step by step guide. **Some complaints were the earbud controls are "difficult" & "hit or miss" to execute. This may be the result of improper placement of the earbuds, which the wearable app will visually demonstrate proper earbud placement. Once earbuds are nestled properly, the earbud will provide a success tone indicating proper earbud placement. The touch controls are very responsive with the earbud right side up** The wearable app also provides touch control patterns. Noise Cancelling is acceptable. Please also note that these are earbuds and NOT over the ear headphones. Your experience may differ depending on your ear size, environment etc. So far I have NOT had any issues with the earbuds falling out! I've even falling asleep (unintentionally) with the earbuds in and they didn't fall out. Be sure to link your earbuds to Samsung Find app. This app will provide earbud(s) and charging case location and battery power percentage. I hope this helps! #Goodvibes

    If i could rate lower i would. These are the WORST buds ive EVER owned! Every phone convo i have while wearing these is an issue! Not a single person can understand me... WISH i could exchange them and get different ones. What a WATSE of money!!! Mind you, i have EVERY OTHER SAMSUNG PAIR, PHONE AND WATCH

    Worse buds ever!!! I have owned every bud and was excited to purchase these. I will be returning them ASAP! They are probably great for music, but trash for phonecalls. Each time i talk using them , i am asked if i am in a tunnel. What a waste of money.
